Delicious creamy butter

We learned about life without electricity and we where wondering  how they made butter without electricity. So my teacher, Mrs Maritz  said lets make butter. So she brought some things in that we could use. 

Here is the recipe if you would like to try it as well.

1.   you will need a bow and cream.next you will need an electric mixer or a normal whisk .
2. 250 ml cream 
3. make sure that it goes from fluffy whipped cream into butter.
4. Buttermilk will be in the bottom of the bowl.
5. throw life over buttermilk away .
6. put the butter into fridge .
7. kneading the butter / washing the butter with half cup of  water.
8. use a spatula.
9. keep repeating the process.
10. water will go transparent.
11. you can use salt if you want to . 

Enjoy your butter on bread.
